What is the $10 Membership fee used for?We are a non-profit organisation and try our very best to get sponsorship from other organisations to keep costs as low as possible to our Members. The $10 fee simply goes towards general administration costs we may incur. It also goes toward running our Kimchi & Marmite Conference, and making that possible. How long does Membership last?Kowiana Membership currently recurs on an annual basis. The exact dates at the moment are:
We will notify our members when the membership term is nearing an end. How do I go about renewing Membership?If you're already, or previously were a Member, just log in to our Membership section using the login form on the left side. You can easily review/change your contact details, and re-apply for Membership for a new term. Are all the events you advertise only open to Kowiana Members?No! A lot of the events we advertise on the main page of our website are not hosted or organised by Kowiana, and therefore Membership isn't required to participate. Do I have to be a Member to be a Kowi Volunteer?No! Of course not. We're always looking for keen volunteers, sponsorship, and donations. If you'd like to volunteer with us, please click here.
